  1. Each month, we start with a big-picture strategy session to identify your most important areas of focus to launching or growing your business.

  2. During monthly “Team Time” on Zoom I help you take practical action on the priorities we identify in our strategy session. Team Time is great for drafting something tangible (a new offering, an outline for a talk), thinking through something tactical (client onboarding , social media content), or talking through something tricky or sticky (how your ideal client is evolving and messaging needs to shift with it) to find clear next steps.

  3. You also have email access to me so I can review, revise, and share input on your work to help you maintain momentum.
